to Join"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are a group of dedicated volunteers from the local Community who have worked alongside Torbay Council to produce the Paignton Neighbourhood Plan.\u00a0\u00a0 This is a new government approach\u00a0unlike anything\u00a0ever\u00a0before, because it enables our local Community to decide what happens and not just the authorities.\u00a0\u00a0 We are therefore appealing for as many\u00a0as possible in our community to join the Forum\u00a0to help keep the Plan up to date so that it\u00a0is truly\u00a0led\u00a0and supported by the Community.<\/p>\n<p>Membership of the\u00a0Forum is absolutely FREE and\u00a0is open to a much wider number of individuals than required in the new legislation.\u00a0\u00a0All you have to do is\u00a0show that you\u00a0are\u00a0eligible to join because\u00a0you meet <strong>one<\/strong> of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you are a resident in the area<\/li>\n<li>you work in the area<\/li>\n<li>you are a Torbay Councillor for any part of the area<\/li>\n<li>you own property in the area<\/li>\n<li>you are a retailer in the area<\/li>\n<li>you represent a local organisation operating in the area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your<\/strong> Community \u00a0 &gt; \u00a0 <strong>Your<\/strong> Say \u00a0 &gt; \u00a0 <strong>Your<\/strong> Vote \u00a0 <strong>=<\/strong> \u00a0
